I have been a member/customer of the Seattle branch of HCM since 1990 (so 35+ years) and have been very happy with their service. Things were a little rocky during the COVID era, but the current team is doing a marvelous job of scheduling and hiring.
I've gotten fantastic service from Mgr Doreen, stylist Mercedes and desk person Liz at the Rye office...they truly go out of their way to make one feel comfortable and help immediately with any problem.After many years of dealing with them I highly recommend this location.Thank you all!
This shampoo is great for fine, color treated hair. It’s gentle and does not weigh your hair down. I use it daily. Love it!

Cleans my scalp of all oil without irritation or anything, no dandruff keeps my scalp healthy
Good product. Tape adhesive strong enough, but overly so. Easy removal.
