Something Is Really Wrong

Although my order was filled a requested, there is a problem with my center, The Woodlands TX, I that they supposedly cannot get this large duo tape and keep it in stock. Cannot understand this and it is an issue needing address.

The bottle stayed in a liquid form this time. I was able to use it more than once.
In the past , it hardened and was thick and gluey.

Worked Very Well

Worked very well removing the tape from my system. Just sprayed and let in set for a couple of minutes, and the tape removed easily.

I must say I've been a member for a long time. Hair Club has had issue and yet they are trying to continue to get it right. Memphis has had lack of caring services for long periods of time until now! The wait seems to be over now its called patiently waited and have the faith. Felicity the Manager , Becky the top of the line Hair stylist and the voice you meet coming through the door Chad a wonderful assistance. This team is getting it together in Memphis Nothing happens overnight but caring shows frequently with this team which I can attest to that. So they have input the trust back into me because we members have a illness with our hair. It can be devastating for some can you imagine???So I'm believing in HairClub again. Thanks to upper management choice in your Branch Leadership in Memphis. For HairClub please know I've been through it all so I speak truth. Thank you
