This is a great product. This was originally designed to help with the itching and odor build up that accompanied when wearing an all polyurethane skin hair system. Hair Club for Men promoted those systems as a “breathable thin skin” and it was anything but breathable. Oil from the scalp, shampoo buildup and sweat would create a sour odor because you couldn’t clean between your scalp and the hair system. “Alive” with active enzymes was designed to help with the smell and oil buildup. It definitely worked but I had to use a bunch of it to get the foaming effect that helped reduce the insane itching and smell. Imagine plastic wrapping your scalp for 4-6 weeks then removing it after sweating for 4-6 weeks……the utter discomfort and smell is terrible. This product helps with that but like I said I always had to use 2 entire bottles of “Alive” to get any kind of relief.
This is a replacement order for a lost one. Problem is, I ordered and paid for two bottles and only one arrived in the second mailing.
I wish it was thicker and not so runny. I also wish it detangled my hair beetter

Just the right color. Hides all my imperfections. Will order again.
I joined hair club 10 years ago after losing hair due to multiple surgeries. It worked. Losing hair again. The EXT supplements and other products really work. It does not happen over night. BUT it does happen. I should have stayed on the supplement. I will now.

I have been using Maxxam Moisturizing Shampoo and Moisturizing Conditioner for a long time. Recently it has become very hard to get the product out of the bottles because the product is so thick. Also I recently bought a Maxxam Shampoo and the bottle is so hard I can't even squeeze it. I have to take off the cap and try to regulate how much product I can slap into my hand without wasting any. Why has the quality changed?
This shampoo is great for fine, color treated hair. It’s gentle and does not weigh your hair down. I use it daily. Love it!
