Hair tapes are Perfect!!
I bought this from hairclub’s website thinking it would be the same as in store. The bottle is smaller and the cap is cheap quality. I ordered 2 and both arrived opened and spilled in the package. The new smell is awful. I asked for a refund and no one responded.

This is the 2nd time I purchased this product. You advertise 8 oz bottles but I received two 6 oz bottles. Either change the description to reflect the actual volume in the bottles, which is 6oz or send the customer what you advertise, which is 8oz bottles.
It was nice while it lasted but it glitched out and won't charge back up now. Hoping customer service will reply to my request for repair or replacement.
It is the best I have ever used, which is why I have been using it for many years.
some tape sets arrive completely un-useable.
I found my self having to reapply 2x a week. Would get lifting after about a day and if I washed my hair, 100% would have to reapply. Found cheaper, better alternative on Amazon.
The applicator does not fit the containers that were sent to me. I prefer using the open container. Using the applicator distributes the fibers more evenly. Please provide me with informaton on how I can order these containers.
Disappointed, adhesive isn’t holding very well
I was hoping that this product was like Matrix Vavoom mousse but it’s just too watery.
The hard plastic these come on make them near impossible to peel when placed on the wig
