Shipping Policy

*Please note, any dates provided on-site and in other marketing communications from Shop.Hairclub.com are to be used as guidance only. Shop.Hairclub.com does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays. All Shop.Hairclub.com orders are subject to processing and handling times; we will do our best to get your order processed as fast as possible and handed off to the carrier.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ORDERS


Please know the health and safety of our customers and employees is so important to us. We are following state and local guidance and taking enhanced precautions in preparing your order for shipment. As a result, your order may experience processing delays coupled with universal shipping delays with carriers.

That being said, you should still expect your orders within 1 -12 business days from the day you placed it! As soon as your order ships you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. You can also track your order here. (TRACK MY ORDER)

If your order does not arrive within 2-3 days of the estimated delivery. Please check the (TRACK MY ORDER) page. It has the most up to date shipping information. If you have any other issues. Please feel free to Contact Us with your order number and we would be happy to look into this for you.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

Ground and Expedited Methods does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. Orders are also subject to delays in line with UPS restrictions, please find more information here .

We don't ship to APO/FPO and PO Box.

Shop.Hairclub.com is pleased to offer free standard shipping on any order over $49. Free shipping is only available in the US. 

We ship to all 50 US states and Canada*.

Return Policy

At Hair Club, we are committed to your satisfaction. Most product(s) can be returned for a full refund if you initiate a return within 30 days from the date on which you received your order. Goods not subject to a full refund are Laser Devices and Gift Cards. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping any items back to us.

Shop.HairClub.com gladly accepts return of all eligible products no later than 30 days from the original ship date. Altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return. 

Eligible Products:

  • In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).
  • Must have tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date of the order.
  • Unused wetline products

Ineligible Products:

  • Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product.
  • Damaged packaging or product as well as discontinued, closeout, and last call items.
  • Used wetline products

No Returns/No Refunds Policy and Product Warranty: The Laser Device is a personal medical device that is non-returnable, and the purchase price is non-refundable following the Date of Purchase. The Laser Device is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship by its manufacturer for the period indicated in the User Instruction Manual and/or manufacturer packaging from the Date of Purchase. Please refer to the manufacturer’s packaging and/or User Instruction Manual contained inside the Laser Device packaging for detailed information and for the specific terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s product warranty. To activate your warranty, you may be required to register your device within 30 days of the Date of Purchase on the manufacturer’s website. The purchase of this Laser Device is not covered by Hair Club’s Commitment to Satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at shopsupport@hairclub.com to let us know the reason for your return (“Return Request”). Upon receipt and approval of your Return Request, Hair Club will issue a you “Return Authorization,” which shall be delivered to you via email, in the event you do not have a valid email address to receive your Return Authorization, you must follow the instructions of the Hair Club representative handling your request. A copy of the Return Request should be included when you mail back any products. No returns will be processed unless and until a Return Authorization has been issued. Hair Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as such we recommend using a reputable private carrier for shipment or certified United State Postal Service packages. You are responsible for packing the product and for delivering the packed product with the affixed shipping label to the nearest [USPS/UPS/FedEx] drop off location. Please keep proof of your return in the event your package does not reach our warehouse as expected.

Please allow us 72 hours to process your return requests. Refunds may take anywhere from ten to thirty days to post to your payment method, depending on the payment method used.

Several types of goods may not be eligible for a full refund, and some items cannot be returned including Gift Cards and laser devices. For information on our laser devices’ product warranty please write to us at shopsupport@hairclub.com and refer to the product warranty certificate included with your product.

Any free promotional items you may have received with your order are yours to keep and do not qualify for a refund.

Regarding subscription orders, HairClub requires all subscription cancellations to be submitted 5 business days before the date of the latest subscription charge. If a cancellation request is submitted later than 5 business days before the latest subscription charge the customer will be responsible for paying the full price of the subscription for that period and no refund will be granted. 

Hair Club reserves the right to modify its Return Policies at any time.

Your co. says they will call me ,not one call.
Your co. Stopped all email chatter also.
I am going on Instagram, you tube , X, and tell everyone I know that your company can't be trusted because you will not stand for integrity and justice, all I want is a free return, and this stops.

Battery constantly dies

I was so excited when this product arrived. However, I was quick to realize that the good feeling of using this product lasts about 1-2 minutes at best and then will take forever to charge. I left it in the holder charging for 2 days and tried to use it again and it died in 30 seconds. Very disappointed
