I didn’t purchase this, I purchased the strand builders and they sent me the applicators instead.
Tape pulls skin off my head. Too hard to remove

Excellent, excellent product.
I have been using Maxxam for 3 years. The new improved product is terrible. It is 20% less product, the bottles are so hard it is difficult to get the product out. The shampoo does not lather and my hair is greasy after use.
The shampoo and conditioner ok. I feel like I had to use a lot of shampoo to lather in my hair and the conditioner seems a little watery. I used up both products quickly. I had to use a lot of product to cover my hair.
Not the same as EXT which is no longer offered
Worked very well removing the tape from my system. Just sprayed and let in set for a couple of minutes, and the tape removed easily.
Whoever designed the bottle for this product needs to be fired
And possibly prosecuted in a case action lawsuit
The applicator stem, every size, breaks off after
5-6 uses and you’re left with a glue mess.
I’m really frustrated. We give you $6000/year and
you sell us this garbage product.
I’ve been cleaning my hands and forehead
for 3 hours.
Never again.
Make a better bottle or you ARE going to get sued.

I bought this from hairclub’s website thinking it would be the same as in store. The bottle is smaller and the cap is cheap quality. I ordered 2 and both arrived opened and spilled in the package. The new smell is awful. I asked for a refund and no one responded.
