I joined hair club 10 years ago after losing hair due to multiple surgeries. It worked. Losing hair again. The EXT supplements and other products really work. It does not happen over night. BUT it does happen. I should have stayed on the supplement. I will now.

Hi-I had ordered 4 items on your website(Order# 31881) but instead of getting 1 Clarifying Shampoo and 3 Hair Reconstructor bottles, I got 1 Clarifying Shampoo, 2 Hair Reconstructors and 1 Creme Detangler

Starting ten days ago, I have sent multiple emails to [****] and [****] and also on your Contact Us form on your website but have received no response. Could you please look into this?

Could you please have someone either send me another Hair Reconstructor or refund the amount for it.

change of quality

I have been using Maxxam Moisturizing Shampoo and Moisturizing Conditioner for a long time. Recently it has become very hard to get the product out of the bottles because the product is so thick. Also I recently bought a Maxxam Shampoo and the bottle is so hard I can't even squeeze it. I have to take off the cap and try to regulate how much product I can slap into my hand without wasting any. Why has the quality changed?
