The staff in Metairie is very friendly and helpful. Noel has been very accommodating and is a wonderful stylist. She is knowledgeable and encouraging. When the first product did not work well for me she asked me to persevere and the second one turned out much better. She has always been available to me, be it in person or by phone,.

Hair tapes are Perfect!!
I bought this from hairclub’s website thinking it would be the same as in store. The bottle is smaller and the cap is cheap quality. I ordered 2 and both arrived opened and spilled in the package. The new smell is awful. I asked for a refund and no one responded.
